Aytemiz, the first in the fuel sector to install electric charging stations at its stations in 2017, has tripled the number of fast electric charging stations at Aytemiz stations to 25 in collaboration with Eşarj, the electric vehicle charging station operator owned entirely by Enerjisa Enerji.

Adapting its products and services in the fuel sector to the needs of consumers and the market, Aytemiz continues to expand its collaboration with Eşarj, the company that owns Turkey's first and largest fast charging station. Anticipating the addition of 100.000 new electric vehicles to the roads next year and aiming for a two-fold growth in the electric vehicle market, Aytemiz, as a leading company in the sector, has accelerated its charging station installations through consecutive investments and innovative applications in partnership with Eşarj since 2017.
Maintaining its partnership with Eşarj at fuel stations, Aytemiz also holds the title of being the first electric vehicle charging station installed by Eşarj at a fuel station in Turkey. By the end of 2023, Aytemiz aims to increase the number of Eşarj stations to 25 across Turkey, especially in cities where electric vehicle density is increasing, responding to the rising trend in the market with over 70.000 electric vehicles in Turkey. Aytemiz aims to provide fast, quality, and uninterrupted service to electric vehicle owners in collaboration with Eşarj.
“Pioneering in the Fuel Sector”
Aytemiz, Enerjisa Enerji, and Eşarj top executives gathered at Aytemiz headquarters. Emphasizing the rapid growth of the electric vehicle market in Turkey, as in the world, Aytemiz General Manager Ahmet Eke stated, "The number of electric vehicles is rapidly increasing along with consumers' expectations. As a fuel brand focused on customer satisfaction, we were the first to respond to this expectation and became a pioneering brand in this field. We installed our first electric vehicle charging station in partnership with the Eşarj brand in 2017. We are delighted to be at the forefront of taking steps for a better future for everyone. Now, we are expanding this efficient collaboration even further. In 2024, together with the Eşarj brand, we will extend our electric vehicle charging station investments to 60 stations in 40 cities. Currently, we have 25 electric charging stations across Turkey, with 24 of them being high-speed, providing service with a total of 59 sockets. We offer electric vehicle owners at our stations a quality and uninterrupted service with up to a 10% additional price advantage compared to the sector average. In this way, we assert our position in the electric vehicle ecosystem with both our investments and price advantage. In the coming period, we aim to further increase the number of electric charging points we offer to our customers. I would like to thank the Eşarj, which has been a pioneer with us and achieved many firsts in the sector."
"We are writing the transformation story of Turkey's electric vehicle charging infrastructure with Eşarj."
Murat Pınar, CEO of Enerjisa Enerji and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eşarj, stated that they are making investments for the development and transformation of e-mobility in Turkey. He said, "We are equipping all regions and cities from Kars to Edirne with fast charging station networks. Our goal was to exist in all our regions and cities, serving in 81 provinces. Fortunately, by the end of 2023, we will have realized our goal of having both 1000 installed stations and an electric charging station in all 81 provinces. One of the milestones for Eşarj on this journey was our move with Aytemiz, where we positioned the first electric charging station within a fuel station. We set an example for the sector and created an innovative transformation story by locating electric charging stations using energy obtained from renewable sources within a fuel station. On the path we set out with the dream of a better future for everyone, I would like to thank Aytemiz for their valuable partnership and all colleagues who contributed to our investments."
