Aytemiz, Chosen as Türkiye's Happiest Workplace in Its Sector

Following a comprehensive human resources assessment conducted by the international certification and consultancy company Happy Place to Work (HPW), Aytemiz has been selected as "Türkiye's Happiest Workplace" in its sector in the research of happiest workplaces in Turkey.

In the Happy Workplaces research conducted by Happy Place to Work (HPW), an independent evaluation organization that measures employee happiness and experience with objective and transparent criteria, Aytemiz achieved the highest score among companies from various sectors participating in the research within its own industry. Having always pioneered in the petroleum sector since its establishment, Aytemiz has secured its place among Turkey's Happiest Workplaces as a positive reflection of its emphasis on employee experience and investments in people.
